Product great, service poor.
I received the bottle leaking. When I emailed the team, there was no response at all and then received an email reviewing product.
The bottle had been clingfilmed, but down on the sprayer and so it had significantly leaked during transport. Given I had gone with a slightly more expensive purchase, I expected the product to be better packaged.

The item arrived damaged and leaking with wet packing. I tried to contact The Hair department 3 times and even sent pictures and a videp but no one has responded in over 2 weeks.

Love this blow dry spray. The fragrance is amazing!
